Terms of Use

The rules that apply when you use SHIELD: accounts, orders, payments and responsibilities.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern the use of the SHIELD website (the "Site") operated by SHIELD ("we", "us"), the features of our Discord server connected to the Site, and orders placed through the Site. By signing up, signing in or placing an order you accept these terms together with the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Account, sign-up and sign-in

  • Discord only: you need a Discord account to sign up for and sign in to the Site. When you choose "Continue with Discord" you approve the identity, email and join-server permissions on Discord; our bot then sends you a 6-digit one-time code on Discord, valid for 1 minute. Entering the code on the Site's verification screen creates your account or completes your sign-in. Your account name, avatar and cover are taken from your Discord account.
  • Server membership: the Site is only open to members of our Discord server. If you are not on the server when you sign in, you are added automatically. If you leave, are removed from or are banned from the server, your sessions on the Site end immediately and you cannot sign in until you are back on the server.
  • Eligibility: to use the Site you must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, and to place orders you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • Account security: you are responsible for keeping your Discord account and the codes sent to you secure. Never share a code; our team will never ask for it. If you receive a sign-in notice that was not you, change your Discord password immediately and let us know.
  • One person, one account: you may not transfer, sell or lend your account. Opening multiple accounts to get around the rules is prohibited.

3. Rules of use

When using the Site and our Discord server you agree not to:

  • break applicable law, the rights of others or Discord's rules,
  • try to access the Site without authorisation, bypass security measures (bot protection, rate limits, verification codes), probe for vulnerabilities or send excessive automated requests,
  • submit false payment claims, report someone else's transaction ID (TXID) or otherwise abuse the payment process,
  • post insulting, harassing, hateful, spam, misleading or illegal content or publish other people's personal data,
  • impersonate another person or pretend to be a member of our team,
  • copy, scrape or commercially republish Site content without permission.

If these rules are broken we may remove content, cancel orders, suspend or close the account and, where necessary, inform the competent authorities.

4. Products, prices and stock

  • Product descriptions, photos and videos are prepared to present products as accurately as possible; small differences in colour and appearance may occur due to screens and lighting.
  • Prices are set in the Site's base currency. Amounts shown in other currencies are approximate conversions at the current rate and are for information only; the payment amount is calculated with the crypto rate locked when you place the order.
  • Stock is limited. When the payment step opens, the items are reserved for you during the payment window; if the time runs out, the reservation ends.
  • In the event of an obvious price or stock error (e.g. an unrealistic price caused by a typo), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid under the Refund Policy.

5. Orders and payment

  • Payment method: payments are accepted only in the cryptocurrencies offered on the Site (e.g. USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, LTC). Card and bank payments are not accepted.
  • Payment step: when you confirm your cart you are shown an order number, a payment address, the network and the exact amount. The rate and stock reservation are valid for the time shown on that screen (30 minutes by default).
  • Correct network and amount: only send the coin shown, on the network shown and in the amount shown. Accounting for exchange withdrawal fees is your responsibility. Payments sent on the wrong network, to the wrong address or in the wrong coin may be impossible to reverse due to the nature of blockchains and may be lost; we are not liable for such losses, but we will make reasonable efforts to recover them.
  • Request and approval: after sending the payment you submit your request with the "I've paid" button and open a support ticket on our Discord server with your order number. This button does not approve the payment; our team checks the payment on the blockchain and approves it manually. The contract is concluded when our team approves the payment. If you sent a different amount, report the transaction ID (TXID) on the order page.
  • Expired payments: if you paid after the time ran out, do not pay again; submit your request with "I've paid" and open a support ticket. Our team will match the payment to the order depending on stock, or refund it.
  • Right to refuse: we may decline to approve an order in cases such as abuse, suspected fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, or stock or price errors; in that case the payment received is refunded.
  • Taxes: taxes and obligations relating to the use of cryptocurrency and imports in your country are your responsibility.

6. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery processes and times are described in the Shipping Policy, and cancellation, withdrawal and refund conditions in the Refund Policy. Both form an integral part of these Terms of Use.

7. User content

  • You are responsible for the content you post on the Site, including reviews, ratings, profile bio, images and messages. Only post content you have the rights to.
  • Reviews can only be written for products you bought; reviews are checked by our team before they are published. We may refuse to publish or remove content that breaks the rules.
  • For your public content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, format and translate it on the Site and our Discord server. This licence ends when the content or account is deleted.

8. Intellectual property

The Site's design, logo, brand name, texts, images and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; copying, modifying, distributing or commercially using it without permission is prohibited. Discord and other third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

9. Service availability

We aim to provide the Site without interruptions or errors, but the service may stop temporarily due to maintenance, updates, outages at Discord or our other providers, or causes beyond our control. The current status is announced on the Status page and on our Discord server. We may change, add or remove Site features without prior notice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or data, errors or outages of third parties such as Discord, blockchain networks, exchanges and wallets, cryptocurrency price fluctuations, or damage caused by your own mistakes (wrong network/address, shared codes). Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Cases of intent and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer law that cannot be limited by contract, are unaffected.

11. Closing an account

Accounts of members (not administrators) who do not visit the Site for 30 days are deleted automatically, together with their data; approved reviews stay published with the member's name. Sessions end automatically after 7 days. You can also ask for your account to be deleted at any time through a support request; the effects of deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, are banned from our server or pose a security risk. Closing an account does not cancel rights and obligations arising from completed orders.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live are unaffected. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits set each year under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, and to Consumer Courts above those limits. We first try to resolve disputes amicably through a support request.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page and we announce important changes on the Site or our Discord server. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms; orders already placed are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
